WHEN APPLYING, BRING: |

× See the Preschool Secretary for the Appointment Slip and show the Birth Certificate for age confirmation. × Proceed to the Accounting Office for payment of Application Fee. × Present the Receipt to the Preschool Secretary for interview schedule. × Bring the applicant to the Guidance Center on testing date. × Visit the Preschool Department for test result one week after testing date. × Fill out and then submit Application Form to the Preschool Department. × Get the Enrollment Slip from the Registrar’s Office and fill it out completely and accurately. × Pay the Initial Fees at the Accounting Office. × Bring the Receipt and the Enrollment Slip to the Registrar’s Office and get the Registration Form (proof of complete enrollment) × Go to the Preschool Department to secure the list of reminders on books, materials, uniforms, etc.

Ř If from a local school, see the GS Secretary to submit requirements and to get the Application Form. Ř If from a foreign school or if a returning student: · see the Registrar’s Office personnel, first, for grade evaluation, · then proceed to the GS Secretary to get the Application Form. Ř Fill out the Application Form completely. Ř Proceed to the Accounting Office for payment. Ř Show the Receipt to the Guidance Center for test schedule and Recommendation Form. (For Gr. 1 applicant, the pupil must be present for interview.) Ř Come on testing day and submit the Recommendation Form to the person administering the test. Ř Come back and see the GS Secretary on the day the results are to be released.
